Day 2 - Newcastle to Eden - 658km

Another early start today heading for Sydney via the Old Pacific Highway before joining the F3 Freeway. Some early morning fog on the way down before having an argument with the GPS which saw us cross the Harbour  Bridge twice before crossing the harbour again via the tunnel and finally continuing the journey south.
This is obviously a very wealthy government down here cause they seem to have a speed camera or red light camera every few hundred metres....may as well just put GPS trackers on every vehicle.

Crossing the harbour bridge....
And crossing it again....

finally crossing via the tunnel and heading south for Woollongong and beyond...

So tempted to open the throttle wide but behaved myself.....

and again.....

Managed to dodge some afternoon storms with thunder & lightning but fortunately missed most of the rain.
Stopped in at the Bega cheese factory for some cheese tasting. Yum!
Ended the day with an amazing dinner at the Eden Fisherman's Club...way too much on the plate.
